How to resolve bad mood?

Most humans here suggest listening to tunes that makes the mind cooler and less operative
From my observation I suggest that you sink your body in hot water and close your eyes and get your brain to function images that brings the feeling of joy to you

 

Do what you like to do on a daily basis. Chat with people.

 

do yoga.
yoga is really good for the mind.

 

Watch ANYTHING that made or makes you laugh.
I recommend starting with laughing at this guy's failure.

Or, if that doesn't work, look up MLG stuff, as Xenoh's said.

Better yet, listen to music. Loop your favorite piece from a great video game you love. For instance...
