    You hit the jackpot right there.
    You do need to keep the fact in mind that 90% of this community are imature kids who just want to be staff to look better.

    I don't want to soundlike an ass, but server could use more staff members like I WAS. Actually putting relationships and friendships aside and having the server come first.
    I didn't become staff here because I was a fan of Jerry's and Harry's videos. I liked the server and unlike some others, I actually wanted to help as much as I could to improve it and make it a nice place to be at. I'm sorry for going inactive, but life comes first and our Staff leaders understand that.

    My point is, server needs staff who will be mature and actually make the server their number 1 priority. And it is extremely hard to find those as 99% of people are doing this for attention.

    Since we're still talking about promotions...
    IMO, it doesn't matter if you're accepted or denied. What should matter to you is how much you like playing on the server and how much you'd help it. If you like the server, you'd stay and help it. If you didn't, making a staff app, like @RadeonX said, you 99% of the time are going to just want to look better.
