Start Stop Continue: June 2015

    A while back I did this thing called start stop continue. Its alot like a reverse TBH but with more structure.
    Here is how it should look.
    Start: What do I need to start doing.
    Stop: Is there something bothering you about me?
    Contiune: What am I doing well/
    --
    Here is what Im looking for:
    • Genuine responses
    • Detailed responces
    • Honest responces
    • Trends In responces (see what points are being consistently made)
    Here is what Im not looking for
    • Any thing that has to do with grammer
    • Hate (You are more then welcome to state your honest opinion, but it needs to be done with little or no hostility)
    • Half assed responces
    • Untruthfull responces
    • People quoting anyone for any reason.
    I encourage anyone from New member all the way to Owner to respond.

    Then while Im at summer camp Ill have something to reflect on. For that reason this thread will be closed at about 10:00pm US central Standard time on Saturday

    Start being open to making mistakes, not always being on staff's side in arguments, and just open in general. I know you made that summer thread, but maybe responding to other threads and letting others know you a bit more personally would be cool if you're fine with it.
    Stop worrying about staff in general so much. I went through your posts and most of them either allude your constant concern toward trying to get promoted/on staff's good side or critique and suggest staff moderation actions. I personally appreciate your concern, but looking through your posts, it gets quite redundant and annoying.
    Continue not being a total jerk like some people are

    No more TLDR stuff. Cut your paragraphs down because they're wordy and at times pointless.

    Points are better driven when they are brief.
