My Time On Omegle

Read the following words carefully:
Never go on Omegle. Not even for a minute.

The other day I was watching Shane Dawson and Joey Graceffa doing a collaboration video where they went on Omegle and trolled people. It was hilarious and looked like fun, so I figured I'd try it(without the trolling). But I was wrong.

I'm happy to say that some small amount of good did come out of this. I met this really nice 13 year old girl from New Zealand named Kate. She was really friendly and we had a long conversation about YouTubers we liked and music, but then she had to leave. She had a YouTube channel(xoLilRockerLovexo) too, and she was actually the first person I've ever subscribed to. I wish I could talk to her again.

But when I went to go and find another decent person to have civilized conversation with, I was unsuccessful. The first person I found was a troll, the next few people were advertisers, I got another troll, and then I got a series of people looking for internet "fun", if you catch my drift. One of them was a homosexual who seemed nice at first, but he told me he was "love-hunting". So that was the end of that. Not even mentioning the people who just stayed mute and disconnected.

I am so glad I didn't click the video chat option. All I did was type my responses, in a shoutbox-esque fashion.

So in short, stay away from Omegle. You never know what sort of horny jacka$$ might show up.

Whats omegle?

 

Omegle is kind of like Skype, except instead of contacts, you talk with random people, via Video Chat, or Text (Shoutbox). You find all kinds of people, i.e. Civil people, or people showin' they's tootsie rolls

 

If you're a younger member, please, DO NOT go on video chat.
Unless you want to be scarred for life.
Stick with text chat.
However, even there, the chances of finding a good conversation are low.
I've only been able to have one or two civilized, good, conversations with people who aren't saying things like,
"HUE I'M A PERV ASL?"
or like,
"KIK ME 6969LOLSWAGSEXYBEAST"

 

Ugh. I hate Omegle. I will never go on there in my whole entire life.

 

Just do this: ask "Clean chat?" first, because the other people just love-hunting, and etc will leave immediately. Clean chatters are going to be really glad :)
As far as I know, the video chat is already monitored by Omegle staff...
