Opinion(s) on Changes

Dear Fellow People of The Its Jerry and Harry server,
Recent changes to the Creative Spawns have left some people un happy. Spawn use to be a fun filled place with clubs for people to come and enjoy having fun in. Now times have changed its full of jerks in build teams always putting people down and just building random things thinking they are so amazing sense they have a spawn plot.
The SDKL is here and we are going to fix spawn back the way they are suppose to be.

First of all what? Which spawn or lobby do you mean? The OITC lobby, the regular server lobby, the survival games lobby? Be more specific. Also, you're not going to fix it. You're suggesting someone to fix it. You can't demand someone to fix something on a server that's not yours.

Edit: Ok creative lobby. First of all, the creative spawn is there to make it feel more like creative. How would you like it to just spawn on your plot? That's boring. Also, some clubs are not allowed for a reason. Inappropriate clubs are not allowed because they are inappropriate. For god sake there are children online. J&H is a family-friendly community.
People are not jerks. That's just how YOU see them. There are restrictions for peoples safety and for people to have fun.

I agree and disagree. Spawn used to be nice and fun with clubs but also got kinda boring. Seeing new builds and some pretty cool structures I gotta say they both have there pros and cons

New builds are usually best for everyone. Maybe a change was necessary? Who knows but I like it :D

Sure, some people wish that it would go back to the old way (nostalgic times)
but honestly for me I actually like these changes.

That's not how I feel that's how over 100 people feel.....there is a lot of us....

Two, how do you know that's how over 100 people feel? Sure there may be some people who agree but, these rules are here for a reason.

What does "the people" mean? There are no people. This community is represented as one, like it or not. We all stand together through thick and thin.

 

Just to add, people are allowed to disagree in these suggestions, and it's not because you suggested it that everyones gonna agree.

And everything is going to be different. This is true. Different in the wrong way.

You do not get how clubs might make some people offenced.

(no talking about u relaxed, talking about skdl)

It's nice to have your feedback. I'd like to note that this community has grown and changed and will continue to. I think I speak for many others in saying this, but I do not appreciate how you gave the "changes" the label of being "bad." The thread should speak for itself with the changes being bad or good. Over the years, the Internet has exploded. It's full of trolls and people that do things that they wouldn't do in person. Unfortunately, it's impossible to stop the whole community from being muppets and have a 100% clean and trouble-free server. That's why there are staff.
You've stated that there's heaps of jerks now. I see no evidence of this. And if it were true, I'd expect that you'd get a staff member or more to work it out and punish the bad guys. Or, you could even report it yourself. So, for the future, if you want to act and have less jerks on the server, report them then.
As for the spawns, that's someone's artwork. You may be trying to give constructive criticism, but you haven't clearly stated how the spawns can be improved. The spawns are a type of signature for the JH server. You should appreciate the work that has been done around here. If you know ways that the server can be improved, suggest it :)
I can understand change can be scary. Honestly, these changes are nothing compared to many "life-changing" changes in the real world. I'm happy this is in Server Discussion, but there is a need for this thread to be more open to other sides and not be focused on just negative...and I'd really like to prevent any possibly drama.
I'm going to change the name of this thread so that the thread can actually speak for itself. I hope this puts on a more positive way to see this thread. May everyone's opinion be welcomed :).

I own a spawn plot myself in creative 2 yes, we used to have Cdd known as club diamond donut ( child friendly ) it was fun entil there was many fights and complains and lots of haters. Yes now I own team ballistic a fun build team, go on my plot diagonally from spawn in creative 2 for more information. I will not be bringing back cdd but there is a club blast so you can go there.

 

But if we didn't give away the spawn plots they would be empty... just saying. and plus I prefer the spawn plots now but that is your opinion. But we can't delete the work of other players.
