Theist or not?

(No, this isn't supposed to start arguments. It's just a poll to see what the community stance is.)

 

Three cheers for atheists.


Theists are cool too.

 

Most people are Atheist, at least more then what would be average in the world.
Probably because there is a huge Dutch community on jerry and harry and almost every Dutch person is atheist or doesn't care that much about religion. Also, younger people are more willing to be Atheist then older people, at least... that is what I perceive.

Edit: And I'm Atheist Agnostic by the way.

I'm an athiest blending into a catholic family. I'm talkin huge catholic family. In reality, only 2 of my older cousins and I are athiests in our entire family. Everyone else is religious. Very religious. So blending is pretty hard.

Honestly, I don't mind theists as long as they don't start preaching about god in public.

 

Agnostic or atheist really

I don't rememepber being baptized as a child, but it's not like I don't believe in God or anything. So I guess agnostic.

 

I'm an atheist and I'm fine with theists as long as they don't preach in public or they aren't the old ladies that come to my house every 2 months asking for a moment to talk about Jesus Christ :D

Neither. I'm an eclectic Wiccan. I believe in Karma, reincarnation, but no gods or goddesses (I used to believe in many) I believe that there's just some kind of energy up there that controls the way things go. I believe there are many reasons for things. But I don't think they control things in other univserses. (So if Aliens were to come, they'd probably have no idea what to do) I don't care for the knowledge of how we got here. I'm here, you're here. End of story.

I was baptized as a Christian, but I don't believe in God anymore. There are no gods or goddesses. Knowledge is more practical than blindly following something that doesn't exist. So, nothing won't restrict me from piloting my life. Plus, I can eat whatever I want whenever I want. ;) It's freedom of choice.

 

I was born catholic and I'll probably be catholic for the rest of my life.
I'm not like extremely religious or anything but I do try to go to church on Sunday.
