    In their defense, both Evelyn and Arthur were gone for considerable lengths, 3 months and 5 months respectively. Can't really call that a "break"

    Can you take long breaks if your staff? or would you get demoted?

    edit- what I mean is can you take a break that lasts like a month or would you get demoted

    I wasn't pointing fingers, im just saying in general. I like both of those staff members. Though, returning staff members fill up spots for potential candidates will just fill up spots.

    I've heard (around?) 50 new helpers would be accepted, and just rehiring old staff wont solve that problem, itll just take chances from people who dedicate their time to become staff. Like I said, I like these people coming back, I have nothing against them C:

    I am pretty sure experience + maturity is a better combination than dedication + maturity. Best people will be chosen, and believe me, a professional procedure is happening for choosing helpers. Not just randomly accepting people and hoping that they do good. Trust me on that.

    I think we can leave this topic now as you kind of have an anwser and you didn't mean to start something with this comment.

    EDIT: Seeing that you've heard 50 new helpers will be promoted, I don't really think that'll happen. I don't even think there are 50 open applications, let away people capable of doing the job, lol. We'll see, I am curious.

    @NoahMC is actually right about what he heard. Dao mentioned this in a thread back when the general news forum existed. Though I'm pretty sure that goal is pretty far fetched.
