Well for me, in makes me feel like I actually belong somewhere.

Here are a few videos I took from last year:

    Gerard Way :,(

Bring Me The Horizon concert, the moshpit was doing the wall of death so I decided to film it ha:

If you're in the moshpit you're probably going to get squashed and you might not see anything if you're too short. Also, it's REALLY loud.

Depends what band is playing and where you're standing.

Well if you are watching a concert it is fun and exciting!
If you are playing in a concert, however, it is very nerve-racking and there is a lot of tension in the group。If you mess up you just cringe about it for a while。No one probably noticed, but you still cringe。

Aye okay so I've been to four concerts,

Two Paul McCartney concerts (soon to be three next month <3333)

And two Foo Fighters concerts (soon to be three in October)

(AND IM ALSO GOING TO MY FIRST ROLLING STONES CONCERT IN JUNE AH)

It all depends on the genre, the age of the audience, and how much admiration the artist gets.

Rock concerts are loud. It's also exciting to see your idol(s) (in my case, Paul) standing right in front of you preforming. It's very overwhelming and heartwarming, at least in my case.

EDIT: OH ya I forgot, if your artist is like Paul, they will most likely use fire and fireworks during their most exciting/loud song. It's going to get hot and loud.

I've been to one Dream Theater (heavy metal) concert, it was loud, I needed earplugs. Also, i was at the trans Siberian orchestra, it wasn't as bad, but it was a lite foggy. And this June I get to go to a Rush concert in Newark NJ, so exited!
