If you don't know what Amiibo's are, they are like those figures Skylanders and Disney Infinity have, but accept replaced with Nintendo characters. (Also including Sonic, Pac-man and Megaman) So you put them on your Wii U Controller or your 3DS and you can train your amiibo in game. Amiibos are getting so rare, that they cost over $100 on ebay.
