What do you guys do to relieve stress?

    Sooo I need a bit of help.

    I'm kind of easily annoyed and on this particular day I'm pissed off (again).
    What do you guys usually do as a healthy outlet for anger, because obviously ripping somebody's head off isn't going to fare very well for me.

    I try to talk to the ones who make me happy.
    Instead of dwelling on what's wrong, I try to make things happy.
    Otherwise I listen to screamo music.

    Well erm things that help are:
    -Writing ('Cause I'm weird)
    -Listening to music.
    -I use my imagination and I create really weird things in my mind.
    -I talk to people to make whats stressing me is less stressful @Ruby5SOSLyfe has heard it all<3
    -Think of things that make me happy.

    Try to take my mind off of whatever is stressing me out
    I usually eat cold stuff... Don't ask o.o

    Whenever I'm stressed out, I listen to music.
    I watch videos that are amusing.
    I go for a walk.
    I talk to people of what is stressing me out, that helps me release my negative energy. It's always good to have someone beside you; that understands what you're going through. That makes me feel happy, and less stressful.

    I'm the worst at solving this...

    I tell my problem to the server and then I tell my problem.

    I then cause a huge drama over the entire server, which makes me feel even worse.

    When I'm annoyed or mad i usually want to scream really loud but i just listen to music and sing really loud instead, so my mom doesn't think I'm dying or something xD

    I just try to do something that makes me feel good.
    If you have some friends you trust, you can talk to them.
    Just get your mind off it, really.

    Oh, another thing that might work is just simply don't go online, considering you'll probably encounter more stress.

    Like @Lerh, I Sometimes Write. I Also Read, And Play My Piano ( Sometimes When I Mess Up It Angers Me More ) Because I'm Weird Like That. Resting Also Helps With Anger. Also I Sometimes Flip Out Like This: The Greatest Freak Out. Just Search This In Youtube:

    I'm prone to angry bursts too. Here's some things I do when I get angry.
    1. Watch funny stuff. Fan of this funny channel? Watch everything. Works a lot for me. Or watch your favorite childhood show.
    2. Play games. Don't play the frustrating ones. Last week I was so angry I downloaded a horror game and got scared shitless. Yesterday I was pissed off and I just played TF2 or something. Games that change your mood quickly can help
    3. Draw on MS Paint. Focus on creating a masterpiece using a program notorious for not making detailed stuff.
    4. Listen to music. The relaxing ones usually come from the soundtracks of shows/games you like.

    I meditate to relieve stress
    Eat or Drink something that makes you relax or gives you a chilling feeling
    Watch or play something entertaining
    Have some rest
    Ignore the annoying things and focus something important (Depends on the thing/person that is annoying)
    Do some hobbies, hobbies are made for your specific enjoyment.
    To release stress, either do it physically (As in punching some thing) or socially (Talking to someone).
    Pet your pets (Unless you don't have a pet that is unpettable, then ignore this one)
    Think something positive
    Rest



    or listen something relaxing
