Muted,but chating

    Where bug was happening: SkyBlock2
    Description: I reported some people because of swearing, and they are now muted.But there is a glitch:
    How they talked while muted?! They can talk in private chat while muted... How ?! Just, how ?!

    Ohhh, I asked Helper Radii are they muted and he said yes.So thats bug.

    People can private message when they are muted. A mute only prevents them from public chat.

    It's not a bug, they can still talk in private chat when muted. And Radii is a *her.

    What they said ^. Also I actually unmuted this player upon request by Radii. This is not a bug.
