There are a lot of internet problems that I get In oitc and on other servers my internet is fine please try to fix these bugs

So when I hit someone it doesn't hit and it's not About ping

 

Maybe try getting optifine?
Optifine could help you get better fps and that might help some.

 

My fps is fine it's just I can't hit people it's not my ping
And I can't get the first hit when I hit

 

If you're sure its not about your computer than it's the server. This happens to me a lot even though i have stable FPS and ping. Pretty much like you the only server i have problems is OITC. But im pretty sure it's with the server.

 

Are you sure it's not your internet? Either that or you live quite far away from the actual server's location (Quebec, Canada). Post an internet speed-test on speedtest.net and post the results :)
