I'll spend $200 on my monitor, and the sound card and internet adapter if I need one.

Sound cards are never needed these days. Almost every single motherboard these days has decent sound.

Unless your modem supports it, don't bother with a dual-band internet adapter.

Monitor really comes down to personal preference.

I know absolutely nothing about monitors, if it's okay, can you just list a lot of monitors that I can pick out from?

There's many different Brands of Monitors,

I use an insignia with the dimensions of 18x21 inches(I'll double check on that), anything around there would be good. You also want to keep $50 for buying cords and whatnot.

About $15 each. Depending on your system these are the kinds you'd need:

    VGA cord & Computer Adapter
    HDMI
    1/8 patch
    1/4 patch
    Ethernet travelers

What on earth on are patches?

+ for that kind of system VGA is out of the question lol.

Patches are sound cables, if you want speakers or if you want to play music into your mic

Well using that term is unnecessary. I've never seen anyone use it before. Just stick to saying cables and say which jack they need to be plugged into :3

Dang that's a really good build.
And yes, ofc, that pc can perfectly run those games you mentioned at the highest settings in really high resolutions.
About the monitors, I have found this website with some great gaming monitors under your budget... http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/350752-31-best-gaming-monitor-recommendations
I don't know for sure if all those pieces are compatible with each others, but in the website it says so... You should either do some research about it or wait for someone who knows better about thid topic.

For picking out a good gaming monitor, I recommend the brands BenQ and Asus, they're pretty good based on my experience. Acer, LG, and Dell are good as well. Also, if you want a monitor that responds fast, buy one with a high response time (The lower, the better/faster).

Here are a list of monitors that I recommend on buying:
    http://pcpartpicker.com/part/benq-monitor-gl2460hm $140 // 2ms
    http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vx228h - $145 // 1ms
    http://pcpartpicker.com/part/benq-monitor-rl2455hm - $185 // 1ms
    http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vx238h - $168 // 1ms
    http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umfg6aab01 - $237 // 1ms

    ms - Millisecond (Response Time)

Asus monitors are absolutely wonderful and have wonderful clarity.

    I personally recommend it.

    I'll review your build later.

    EDIT: Build Review

First off: AHHHH NEVER USE BLUE DRIVES, EVER
Always, Always, ALWAYS use Western Digital Black (or RE, but you don't need that) hard drives.
Trust me on this one - Blue hard drives have a high early failure rate.

Second, I know ASRock is kinda common, but I personally wouldn't use it.
I would use a Gigabyte motherboard.

Third off, you don't need G.Skill RAM, or even 1866 RAM.
Just get plain old Crucial DDR3-1600 RAM.
It won't make a difference, and you'll get RAM that'll last you damn near forever.

Okay, I'll replace the hard drive. What Gigabyte motherboard should I replace the AsRock with? Remember I'm really new to this stuff, I just picked out those components and slapped them up for review because someone else recommended them, and they fit what I needed.
Ram is fixed, thanks for helping me out. Should I get any specific kind of ASUS monitor for around $150? A person told me having Battlefield Four with high graphics is useless for a 60 HZ monitor, what does all of that exactly mean?

Thanks man! These all look awesome! I'm in a debat between the Benq (The first one listed) and the ASUS, (The second one listed) Asus is a brand I've come to love and I love all of their products, I've never had experience with Benq. However the Benq is bigger, but is 2 MS, the ASUS is smaller, but it has 1 MS. Is there a noticeable difference between 1 MS and 2 MS? If not, I'll try out the Benq, since it's bigger.

Everything looks pretty decent on that build.

    Uhm...
I can't recommend the board that I have experience with, because it doesn't have 7.1 sound.
However, this board is from the same series, and has the same chipset, so it should give you comparable performance:

    GA-B85-HD3
