I'm talking about the picture that people see in different colors: Blue and black, or gold and white. Why is everyone talking about it? What's up with it?

 

idk my class girl was saying to me and all people at the school "Is It Blue and black Or Gold And White" i did just i dont cere

 

Well basically some people either see this dress as Black & Blue while others see the dress as Gold & White. (Its actually Black & Blue)
But because our eyes are different and because of the poor/washed out effect of the photo some people see it differently.
