He is talking about reporting them rather then banning. Yes it is true that nobody except for our fellow staff members (excluding the helpers since they only have power to /warn) have authority or power to ban people however, it is the players job to report it so the staff can do their job. Swearing is allowed on this server, it's a rule that you can't be a small mod (Telling people what to do without having any right to tell them) You cannot report us for not breaking a rule... I mean really. Anyway I don't even want to be on someone else's youtube-( yes it might be good for the server. )unless it's someone I actually know
