Despite the fact that I love Nintendo, I actually didn't grow up with any Nintendo systems except for a Game Boy Advance SP. I grew up... with the PlayStation! Because of this, I mainly grew up with two franchises from the original PlayStation: Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon. It's a shame where the two franchises have gone today... it saddens Goomy. :(
Kingdom Hearts Final Fantasy Resident Evil Ratchet and Clank Jak and Daxter Pro Evolution Tekken and pokemon xD ew kinect D:
Sonic Heroes. [Rated 10+.] <3 I still love that game!!! <3<3<3 Because I have been playing it since I was 3. YES. 3. I HAD NOTHING ELSE. XD (I had one playstation2.)(We didn't really buy anything else until wayyyy later lel) Maybe thats why i'm so good at pvp ;)

6 years old: Simpsons hit and run on the playstation 2! Oh man, I still love that game to this day. 8 years old: Got my first ds, and it came with Super Mario 64 ds. I loved that game. Still haven't beaten it though... 9 years old: My dad got me a wii. That, was pretty much one of my best christmas's ever. 10 years old: I got a ipod. That got me into app games. Never really touched phones till then. 11 years old: I finally got my mum to get me Yoshi's island for the gba. That, was one of the best games I have ever played, actually, it comes 2nd to minecraft.... I would PURPOSELY DIE before I killed baby Bowser just to reply the level, and to hear the epic battle theme, and play the boss again, I think I wasted 20-50 lives just doing that. Unfortunately that cartridge is currently not working, and I might actually cry if I don't ever get to play it again. 12 years old: Got a 3ds! About 3 weeks later got Mario kart 7. That was awesome. 13 years old: I sound like a newb, but trust me, I have been playing this game for longer, just, this is when I got the official version... ok, here it goes...>_< Minecraft.... I have been technically playing since late 2011-early 2012. My friend bought me the official account in may or april. 1 month later I started playing the server.
To let you guys know what a franchise is: (i found this answer on the steam forums) Its a "series". A trademark. A franchise can be of any kind. Clothes, videogames, you name it. A video game franchise would normally include a series of games, a few spin-off games, a background story, and some merchandise.
Well, when I was 3-4 (Might as well start 'em young! :3 ) I got my first video game: Spongebob - Battle for Bikini Bottom (DON'T. JUDGE. believe it or not, it's a pretty good game that plays out similarly to Super Mario 64. Sometimes I even play and enjoy it today! :3 ) Afterwards, I wasn't all that serious in gaming. when I was 7-11 I only really played games about what ever movie was out (ex. Wall-E ) and a bit later on, games by Nintendo. Christmas 2011 came, and I got Portal 2, but couldn't play it at the time because it wouldn't work on our computers. I also got into Pokemon when I was 11-12. 1 year passed after the Christmas when I got Portal 2. I finally got a computer that could play the game! I played through Portal 2 numerous times and loved each playthrough, and by the time I turned 13 I had played the first one as well, and was starting to play TF2. Nowadays, (I'm still 13, gonna be 14 in 3 months) I do most of my gaming on PC, and the main games I play now are: -Portal -TF2 -Garry's Mod -Half-Life - Surgeon Simulator 2013 - and of course, Minecraft. I also use my Wii to play Okami and my 3DS to play Okamiden, and I'm planning to get the new Pokemon game at the first chance I get.
Nintendo Games. When I was about 8 years old, my parents hated Pokemon, Mario, and Kirby games. And all the time I used to sneak those games that I took forever in trading people and about every month or so my parents would find out and take the games and give them to the local gamestop. But they were nice enough to at least give me the money for the games. But they would always tell me not to play them. Now at this age, idk... my parents don't really care anymore o_O. I have a little nintendo console collection. Atm I have a Gameboy Advanced sp, (used to have a Gameboy Color but I lost it ;^; , a Wii, Nintendo 64, 3DS which sadly has the "unkown curse" (which means I have to get a new analog stick to it ;n; , annnd last a DS which I bought with its hinges broken. But Still plays. And I also have a ps2... which isn't in the collection since it's not a nintendo. The games I have are mostly mario games right now. Still working on getting games for them and stuff owo.
Just to let you know, you bumped a lot. Games I grew up with: Mario Sonic Kirby Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles >:J Spyro And FINALLY Crash Bandicoot
Nintendo Mario Pac-Man ----------------------- Now, I'm 14, I still play Mario games. The newest game that I play that's really fun is Mario and Luigi: Dream Team.
Pokemanz :p The first Pokemon game I played was crystal for the gameboy color, thats how early I started playing it.
