Minecraft Optifine cape fix

Hey guys, Sel here. And today I've found a fix for the optifine cape bug. As you guys know, namechanges effects that your cape is gone because you changed your ign. But I found a fix.

Step 1: Go to https://optifine.net/login And ask them to email to you the password with your DONATION email.

Step 2: Log in with the password and you'll see a thing which says your old ign and your cape. It says change next to the ign, click on that and change it into the ign you have rn. And your done. Your cape should be back.

I figured this out yesterday but, this is pissing me off because you can't change your cape ;-;

well that's a bummer, I don't know Yomc's email so I can't really get my cape back for 28 days xD

First off, this is my thread, so no need to answer their questions. Second off, Yomc donated it to Boozington. So no, Boozington can't get it back unless Yomc does it.
