NO reward

    I bought 20 mob spawners and /fly for 20 USD. I don't know how long until it is supposed to show up but they haven't. I am not sure how to send any proof but you have to have some sort of database. The cages rant showing up and I'm getting angry please help.

    Try to be a bit more patient please; the payment doesn't always process instantly unfortunately. If it doesn't come in a few hours/a day, email info@itsjerryandharry.com with your IGN, a screenshot or something related that shows you bought it (like the receipt that was emailed to you), and the issue--you not receiving the purchased perks. They'll handle the situation for ya. :)

    You should've received an email after you purchased the items. Take a screenshot of that email and include it in the email to info@itsjerryandharry.com. If you're unable to provide it, it's okay, as they can see who donated for what anyway. :p
    Regardless, emailing them about the issue would be the optimal method to solve this problem xD

    Oh, you didn't receive an email? PaymentWall must've blocked your account for suspicious information or something. Go to the checkout page where it shows all the different payment options on the store and tell me if it says you're blocked. If you are, email info@itsjerryandharry.com and tell them that PaymentWall blocked your account. By the way, be sure to include your IGN and all in the email. They'll handle it from there. :)

    Ok so on the credit card report it says that it is a pending purchase. I now think that i didnt get the email because it didnt purchase yet. Tomorrow i will see if it works and if it doesnt then i sill see if my credit card is thinking someone else bought it. All i have to do is say that the purchase was me and its ok to buy @Radii I hope that fixes the problem
