I am not trying to make this your problem. I should be thanking you, because at least you are trying to help, so forgive me if I lashed out on my last message.

And no, this area is different. There is in fact a Walmart, but that's a good 3 miles away from where I am. Once again, this is not your problem, it is mine, so forgive me if I am just making the situation worse.

Knew that, I meant as in the GPU that the computer uses. Even Alienware would've had the brain to add a mobile dedicated GPU to their laptops.

I understand that, but unless you're willing to illegally pirate the OS (which I wouldn't advise) then I'm afraid you're stumped.

I've been watching all these people do speedruns for Amnesia, and all of them seem to have an extremely fast PC, even though they have only like 4 GB of RAM and a lower processor... So basically my system and processor is strong, but there's just some reason why I only get 3-6 fps on skyblock. I get a good 10 fps on @Radii's island, but I have no idea what's causing the lag.

It's not a lag machine/worm, I've done anti-malware and antivirus scans, and I've also even tried restarting my PC several times. I even killed unneeded processes and deleted all unused files, but it's still laggy. People are saying to change my graphics card, but that's impossible to do on a laptop.
