I'm not too sure, but I think the bottom budget is $5. If not, if you do win. You'll get as you please. I'll check then come and edit this shortly

Deadline will be on January 28th.
As for the price, it can go as low as $4.75 and up to $5.00 It's a tight spacing but I'm not too sure. If I pick someone with particles I'll ask them which ones they do not possess and buy them up to $5.00 worth of particles. As for islands and pets, that is basically $5.00
