Food you find odd.

Does your nationality have foods you find odd?

As a filipino, balut is pretty weird o-o

 

Japanese: Dried squid flakes
American: Corn dogs

 

Filipino: (yes I'm Filipino) balut's way more than pretty weird, it's a fried egg and you eat the small adorable chicken duck
That's pretty much every food I find odd about my nationality.... Chinese food is pretty normal to me and everything Filipino is normal

 

It's not fried, it's incubated.
Pinirito ba yung balut?

Anyway, sushi is odd, kind of like kare-kare here.

From what I know there's literally no weird Irish food...

 

Idk my grandma always used to eat salmon eyes and parts of whales and I thought it was pretty disgusting.

 

I heard a food called ''corn dogs''?!?!?!?!

People here apparently eat Kangaroo meat.
It was even advertised on tv.
I don't eat meat beside Cow, Pig and Sheep, so I'm never gonna try Kanga meat.
It's also apparently meant to taste like beef, but I don't want to find out.
