In which minigame/server does the bug occur: The whole server
Detailed description of bug: When you press tab heres what happens:

Eli's blue name tag doesn't show up, neither does the green name tag that signals someone donated.
In this screenshot, you see I have the [Herobrine] rank.

 

Also! I was in Peaceful Survival, but I checked creative and a lot of other servers, all the other server didn't have the name tags either.

 

This is to do with 1.8 and the clash of the 1.7 plugins, because of the plugin not updating fully to 1.8 the coloured name tags won't show up.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

Your having this problem because you are on 1.8.
Try using 1.7 and see if that works.
Also, the server hasent updated to 1.8 so u see no point in beeing on 1.8 :)

 

This is a glitch in Minecraft 1.8.1, switch back to 1.8 and it should work again.

 

HERE IS THE OFFICIAL WORD:

There is a problem with 1.8.1 and the server's name colouring plugin, which causes the colours to not show in 1.8.1.

Any versions from 1.8 and below are fine, and show all the colours.

 

It only works on Realms/SinglePlayer/Vannila ( I think, becuz of EULA )

 

This is because 1.8.1 has changed some things in the tab. They can't change anything about it, or they have to make a whole new plugin about the colored names. Go to 1.8 instead and it will show up. And this has been answered a lot of times, why isn't this locked yet?
