Today marks the death of one of our family dogs. She was the sweetest thing in the world and absolutely no dog could replace her. She was a pug dressed like a Boston Terrier. I've had her all of my life, and she has never once bit me, snapped at me, or growled at me. Even the days when I was four and I would pull her leg, she never once got mad. She died on January 14, 2014. This is posted on January 14, 2015. Exactly one year after the greatest dog I've ever had died. She being 12 years old unfortunately died of cancer. Apparently you have to get Pugs/Boston Terriers spayed before they get old or else they would develop tumors. We took her to the vet the day she died and was told she'd live another 48 hours. The moment we put her down when we got home, she trotted around, and as our family prayed over her, my Mother felt her take her last breath. Awwww :( this is so sad :( sorry for your loss <3 ;-; I know what it feels like, the dog I grew up with died when I was 7. Stay strong, she'll never be replaced, but you may find another dog to love c:
Aww I'm so sorry ;-; My friend's dog died so I know what it feels like, because I loved her dog as much as she did... It's like losing a family member. If you ever need anything, I'm here for you :)
RIP. Sorry for your loss. I also had a guniea pig that died on 9/11 and I cried for half an hour. My mom said that it was JUST A PET and I'm still pissed at her for that.
So cute ;-; I've lost a parrot the day of summer break in 1st grade. My mom tried to hide it from me for 3 days. When I found out, I cried every day for the next week and I was so angry at my mom for not trying to help her.
Sorry for the loss, hopefully you're okay. I hope you feel better =) If you feel upset, try being warm and cozy. EXAMPLE: Be under blankets, watch a movie, drink hot chocolate or tea, wear socks.
Thank you everyone. Little story about her: She was terrified of water, also her ears would get infected when they got wet, the poor thing decided to be brave and on a hot summer day, she went in the pool on the first step just so she could get her feet wet, on her way out, her back paws slipped and she fell in and out of panic, she starting swimming around, but then she started sinking. Our other dog who is a little younger than her ran over and jumped in the pool and bit the scruff on her neck and pulled her out before we could even do anything. (No, they've had little too no training. We were all surprised, also it was a 4 foot area where they were.
