My SuperHardCore Diet Plan!

    Well, my height measures 1.71 m and my weight is about 82, I am 13 years old, and this is the first time I am admitting it. I am fat. Well, scince I see that I am going on the most Hardcore diet to my mind, to loose all that smack quick. I am doing this negivtive calorie food diet where I loose 1 - 2 Kgs in 2 days. Exercise will help tighten down those extra skin once I do.

    Foods: 1 apple for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
    Drinks: Go' ole' Water

    Commences today and ends maybe by January 8.
    Wish me luck cos I am gonna need it. I get easily tempted.

    Um... so you're basically gonna eat nothing but 3 apples all day?
    That's not extreme diet, that's just dangerous.
    How about you just do sport instead?
    I do Karate and Krav Maga every day. I eat normal food like pasta, salads, etc, I even eat tons of candy, yet I lost 2kg in 2 weeks because I did hardcore sport (literally couldn't feel my legs afterwards).

    Losing 1-2kg in 2 days is extremely unhealthy. I suggest you to not do that.
    It's not considered "hardcore" it's considered being a fool. If you want to lose weight just stay away from sweets, sugar, carbohydrates etc and eat healthier foods like vegetables, healthy fats (like tuna) etc. No need to starve yourself.

    Or I might even eat few other vegetables like cucumbers and stuff. I know its dangerous but just desperate, well peer pressure.

    It can seriously damage your body.
    Even if you're desperate, don't do that. You can't rush nature's rules. There's no way you can lose 2kg in one day without damaging your body.

    I highly do not recommend you go on a diet while you're still growing. You need as many nutrients as you can get while you're growing. When your body stops growing (usually around 18) then it's a good idea to start dieting. Heck. if you keep exercising, your fat may be gone by then :).

    I barely ate anything when I was little, and I was incredibly weak. You have no idea how much meat I had to eat and pushups, dips etc. to do to bring my strength up to the same as most people in my class.

    My height is 1.71 meters, I am taller then 10th graders I am just in 8th. I have consulted few sources on if I should do this, they said it might affect little bit, but it won't bring me to death. Maybe few headaches and stomache aches too.

    Hm, I understand where you're coming from, but it's you decision, I won't harass you about it.

    My suggestion is taking up sports. I swim and most of my body mass is muscle. I mean sure, I am extremely self conscious about my weight and body, but you are young and growing. Take advantage of it and break any bad eating habits you have. That is all I really have to say.

    Um if you are 13 and only 83 pounds.... You aren't fat you are skinny.

    In fact you are very under weight, If anything you should eat as much as you can.....

    Uh, you don't achieve that by eating very little food. You achieve that by doing sit-ups... or excersizing at least.

    good luck :D, try to achieve small goals first ! maybe start off substituting lollies for fruit, or soft drink for water :) don't push yourself too hard :P

    I used to be my state under 15 gold medalist in swimming medley. Well, I swam a lot and lost 0 Kg but grew a lot of muscles. I think I am taller then a very tall adult, doing this for about 20 days will not affect my growth a lot :)

    Well if you really want to loose weight than dont just eat 3 apples a day. Thats just unsafe and unhealthy. Your body needs nutrients, carbohydrates, fats, sugars, and other things. Yes thats right, your body does need to intake fats as it acts as a long term energy source. Now of cource this needs to be done in moderation and you need to be intaking the right amount each day and that is why a lot of people go off a 2000 calorie diet. Anyway apples are a healthy food but they lack or some important things such as carbohydrates. To get the carbohydrates you need add some bread into that diet plan and then add a meat into the diet plan to add other macronutrients that you may need.

    Now going on a healthy diet will help you but like others have said you need to exercise. If you are serious about this then go for a run! Run a mile and do it at your own pace. Get a gym membership and lift some weights. Or just do pushups, pull-ups, crunches, etc. at your own home. Again do it at your own pace but make sure to push yourself. Dont get lazy and quit doing it keep at it and you will loose weight.

    Finally you cant loose weight in 20 days by not eating. You could maybe, MAYBE, loose 6 pounds? But oh well its your body and you have to choose if you want to change it or not.

    What you should do is eat fruits and vegetables and run maybe a mile a day not eating as much may help a little bit just eat healthy avoid the high carlorie foods. Don't eat 3 apples a day eat maybe 2 apples a salad and eat vegetables.

    Patience and careful, precise planning are what you really need. For example, you CAN'T be this extreme on a diet; something will definitely go wrong. You have to build up exercise, and plan your calorie intake. You have to do this in a way that nature will accept, slowly but surely and carefully. If you keep at it, but at this safe pace, you can get what you want, and the time will be worth it.

    So would it be bad if I dont eat breakfast and lunch also I dont bring food to school ?and I aint I a diet

    Aside from it being extremely unhealthy, the problem with doing these "diets" is that you will gain it ALL right back once you start eating again. It's a wasted effort. I know it's tempting to want to watch the pounds come off super quick, but they won't stay off unless you do it correctly. Concentrate on portion control and eating a lot of whole foods.. (Fruits, veggies, stuff that doesn't come prepared or packaged). Eat lean protein like fish and chicken. Try and get your family on board too.. The less unhealthy food that's in the kitchen- the less temptation to slip into bad habits.
