Creation Permissions [Sign up thing meh]

Next time I make an animation, comic, or story, I want to be able to easily know what people are able to be in it from here. Say, if I wanted @Trollestia to be in my story, and I wanted her permission, I would look at a list and see if she is on the list that allows me to use her in a story.

Basically, if you reply to this thread, I have your permission to have you in a story, animation, or comic I make.
This makes it much easier, due to timezones, and I won't have to ask for permissions all the time.
