Hey guys, Diego here! I was experimenting with my island's biome, and I found out that different biomes do different things to the islands! I will list three biomes, and you can test others! Warning: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some biomes may cause problems on your island! Be careful when doing this. I am not responsible for any problems the biomes cause. Change them at your own risk! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Forest Biome: Changes: This biome is currently the one that I am using because it makes the plants look greener! This is the biome for you if you want your island to look pretty! Problems: I have not found any! This biome is safe! Command: /is biomeset FOREST Ice Plains Biome: Changes: This biome makes your island look like it is winter! Instead of rain, you will get snow! This is a good biome for Christmas! Problems: Your water can change into ice, and you will need to break it to get it back. Command: /is biomeset ICE_PLAINS Nether Biome: Changes: This doesn't do much, besides spawns zombie pigman on your island. This is good if you want gold. AND IT SPAWNS GHASTS Problems: It spawns zombie pigman. If you don't have good stuff to fight them, you will die. I learned this the hard way... Command: /is biomeset HELL Please be very careful with changing your skyblock biome! It can cause damage to it! If you don't know what the biome does, don't change it! To list all of the biomes, type "/is biomelist".
Mushroom island exists too you know. No more hostile mobs. If you have a Caged Spawner, ONLY then are you able to spawn hostile mobs. It's quite useful.
