    Hello made a ban appeal, Permanent bans can be removed if the person really improves (From my understanding). (Also, hello told me part of the story).

    Before this gets out of hand, if you want to make a ban appeal, you may do so in the ban appeal section. There is no need for a thread like this so locking. A higher staff can reply to this thread if they want but I am locking this as a precaution of any hate comments that could be posted on this thread.

    All bans can be appealed; doesn't necessarily mean we'll do it. We decided to give him one more chance with the understanding that next time he's just gone for good period..a true perm.
