Hello I have in Factions: bought the packet Full Diamond IV with paypal but I did not get the packet (I was in the lobby) last it nice whom I again get the packet

 

Everyone is Getting this bug

or maybe some people still lie
or maybe you have to reconnect

 

i haven´t reconect i have reconect next 20 minets

 

Items can take up t 5 days to come in, be patient.

 

Hmm there could be many reasons for this error

• Make sure your payment went through. Go back to your email and see if you got a receipt saying what you got.
• If you did email info@itsjerryandharry.com and explain to them what the problem is. Also provide proof of the purchase such as the receipt and your bank account etc.
