Buying Mini-game Perks Broken!

    So today, I bought the hunger games perk and one in the chamber perk 20 minutes ago. Later, i logged in and went to the server to check if i got my stuff. For some old reason, i didn't get the stuff as they said in the store. Than i emailed the help email and said"I didn't get my stuff in the 20 minutes" And they havent replied for 10 mins. Please anyone help me i want these 2 kits really bad for Christmas :(
