    It's just lag.

    And if it's blocking your view, don't stand right behind it.....

    No it isn't.

    People used LAG to make blocks come there. I see stuff like that all the time

    That happens all the time, if you place blocks fast enough before you disappear from building, the block will stay there for some reason. Its probably because of the command block.
