This project took seventeen (17) hours to finish. A lot of work once again put in here.

The servant brutes are the rarer, more powerful type of gatherers. Rather than having a clawed hand like the grunts, the brute has an extended blade attached to their left arm, which is very deadly and can kill Daniel in one hit. In one of Daniel's previous notes, he states that Sir William Smith, Doctor Tate, and Professor Taylor were former victims of the shadow. Their heads split down the middle, skin flayed as if boiled, and limbs scattered. These traits are similar to those of the brute. The brutes encountered in the game could in fact be Sir William Smith, Doctor Tate, and Professor Taylor. How they managed to get from London and Algeria to Brennenburg castle is unknown. The creation of some of the grunts happened to be the cause of Alexander locking Wilhelm and his men in the Wine Cellar. In Wilhelm's last words, he states that his men are delirious. He also states he feels his bones turn against their god given nature. A theory is that a brute could be Wilhelm himself. It was said that the brute's limbs were scattered, but they appear to be reattached by someone (Alexander?). The brute's mind was obviously destroyed, meaning whoever the body belonged to is obviously dead. This indicates that some supernatural force is controlling the brute's body (The shadow)?
