I dont get what i bought from the store

Ages ago i bought 5 spawners for $5. I have used them on skyblock 2 and 3 and they worked perfectly fine. Then i decided i will make a new island on server 1 so i clicked server 1 and then i just started falling into the void (never been on the server 1 before) just before i died i noticed that i have my 5 spawners on me. Soon after i were teleported back to spawn without any spawners D: i paid for those!!

If you died with the spawners in your inventory, then really there is no way to get them back. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong though.

 

@XenonHD or an admin may be able to get the spawners for you, as you say you've never been on server 1 and you died immediately instead of tping to spawn, but @CaitlinUchiha is right if I'm wrong. There is no actual way to get them back.
(Correct me if I'm wrong)

The admin/owner will check if you have paid the spawner or this is a joke to get some spawners.

Just be patient because the admin/owner is very busy in a moment.

I had something VERY similar. I bought 4 extensions on plots for creatives. I should have 18 plots, but I only have 13.

 

Email info@itsjerryandharry.com and explain the issue. Provide proof of the purchase such as the receipt you got emailed to you when you bought the spawners.
