anyway, i miss minecraft's old days (i got it in 1.2.5), the appealing simplicity compared to all the random crap there is now

I also miss Minecraft 1.0.

The times when Minecraft was more simple.

The updates are cool but now I feel like they are kind of ridiculous. Like really we need an ocean temple full of sponge and guardian fish?

I wish Minecraft was back like this again. Now the only reason people play single-player is with heavy Modpacks. And instead of simple servers, we have servers like Mineplex that are just heavily coded with more plugins than players.
I'll just change my version of Minecraft to 1.4 in the launcher settings.

 

Too much random shit, let's be honest. It was better with less items to keep track of, and nowadays you have to rely on the wiki to know how to craft nearly everything that isn't a block...

 

I loved Minecraft back in 1.2.5...
I remember when Jungles were added it was the biggest thing ever...
