Don't know what to do.

    *Sigh*
    Wherever I go, a fight always starts up against me making a simple mistake, with consequences. Heck, I was banned from a place I like for trying to rocket jump onto a cabinet, and then trying to kill someone trying to kill me. It was where I just started TF2 as well...and I don't even want to talk about the rest, since this page could be filled up. This is all from today, btw.
    Could this day get any worse?

    Ok, here's question.
    How do you get happy? I've tried watching funny things, but nothing. I've gotten over it, since most of them were jerks anyway, but I've still been pretty sad.

    Beat the living shit out of a punching bag. Works sometimes for me.

    If that doesn't work, pop a stress ball. (It happened once, and the aftermath was quite painful.)

    If that doesn't work, just go to bed.

    That's what I do now a days.

    I do exercise. Doing push ups and going out for hours on my bike makes me happy because I like knowing I'm keeping myself in shape and not getting fat :).

    Talk to someone about how you're feeling, then think about the positives in life :p
    Try to think of something that happened recently that made you happy, and really think about how it felt and how you're not going to let the other things keep you down.

    Talk to somebody you trust about your feelings.
    Take a bubble bath.
    Listen to music.
    Just try to keep your mind off of it. ;)
