    Now to start off I get youre joking, but lets get a civics lesson :D

    Obama is the commander in chief of the us army. He leads and controls them, as he is head of the executive branch. But the senate is the only people that can declare war. The executive branch is for warfare and the military. Not for malicious internet robots. Thats for other parts of the government.

    To obama haters. If you blame obama for everything, make sure you do research. The senate has to agree with obama's decisions. Obama has tried to reduce debt so the US has more money, help immigrants stay here, and more. When obama tried to reduce the debt, the senate "Having the majority be republicans" had to disagree because Obama is a democrat. Yep, #BlameThesenate. He's actually the only president that has DONATED his money.
