A problem with Staff Applications...

    Well yes some people may think that staff applications are always recent and either denied or not. But this is not the case there has been an application that's been around sense January 2014 now this to me in my opinion is not fair people have to wait NEARLY A YEAR OR MORE to get a deny or a accept now what if these people wait ALLL YEAR for nothing my point is made.

    FIX THIS PROBLEM... Its unfair for the people who wait all year FOR NOTHING.

    They rarely deny applications but leave them open for when they look through the applications when they are looking for a new staff member. At least this is my interpretation. Probably wrong but meh

    I made an application a while back, well, I just don't care about being staff anymore.
    I have done some stupid stuff on these forums and the server and have made a bad image of myself so my chances are 0.0000001%

    Perhaps you don't understand how a workforce works.
    Administration (Jerry, Harry, Roby, Willy) employs other people as volunteer staff for there network.
    However due to the high concentration of staff apps it functions as more of a job, less of a volunteer position. This allows for an easy hire/fire.
    You can only be hired if there is an open position. Positions only come when the Administration team says so. This does not happen.
    Therefor some people have to wait, my self included. If they hired everyone they liked based on apps we would literately have 100's of staff members.

    An application is accepted if you have good behavior, and report people, in short, helping out the people on the server, and the server itself.
    An application is denied if...
    - You have reports of hacking on you
    - It's within a month of your last application
    - It doesn't follow the format
    - Bad behavior
    Those are all the ways i know at least, there's probably more.

    Um... no
    I'm saying that I also had happened to make a thread about something having to do about how some apps were not replied to in over a year....
