    If I remember correctly, the only way to get redstone is through these two things: Witch drops (rare.) and the spawn shop. So, I don't think anyone will sell Redstone.

    You can also get redstone from Villagers, but you do need to trade a lot to get redstone and lots of emeralds to trade with.
    I sell A LOT of redstone. but only in SB3

    I usually sell redstone in my shop. It's out at the moment but I'm working on restocking.
