My username is Kimdonut00 and i was playing minecraft one time and i just kept bugging out and getting teleported back when i was moving and it was really annoying

 

What server was this on?

What I do to stop it I spam my mouse clicking both sides, holding shift, pressing space bar, and turning. Do that all at one time and it stops for me. :D

 

Mostly it's server lag. Basically what's happening is you're moving forward on your screen, but the server is skipping a tick, and the server has to go back and re-check the tick, causing you to lag back if the tick is far back enough. It's not internet connection on your side, it's the server itself not cooperating as they planned. IJAH have a pretty good host, but it does have it's flaws.

To cope with this, I'd suggest talking to the owners about it. There's nothing much you can do from your side, this it's the server's fault, not your connection's.
