Accent?

Of course.
Americans do have accents!
Compare a British accent and a American accent.
They both have different accents.
What I'm trying to say is that Americans do have accents, according to Europeans+
But,
Americans say the words correctly, other accents just slack off or have slangs for some words.
Example:
American: Hey!
European: 'Ey!
Tadadada.

 

Not really. I'd say it's vice versa.

One of the things talked about in my area quite often is how Americans pronouce aluminium as "a-loo-min-um" XD
