I have been trying to solve this for 4 hours.
The only thing I found is too random to be the answer;

I'll give you a hint:
The value of each letter would be the numerical value of x, x being the value of the integer to figure this equation. x + 10 would create a simple numerical value.

For example: -9 would be the letter A. (1 - 10)
16 would be the letter Z (26 - 10)

Then you have to come up with the rest of it once you convert this.
