I got a proposition for the following @Nether0 Nether0, both you and me, have come long ways away. We have been supervising many applications in a pattern, You swoop in and give the advice, I come around, give them some confidence and support your advice. But that isn't my point. What I would like to know is. Shall we become colleagues? Our comments going through multiple applications has/have supported and helped many players in their quest to become a staff. So, This is all upon your decision, thanks.
I don't exactly get what you're saying ? Take note that giving out advice isn't something only one person can do :P If you want, feel free to give advice to people. BTW, define your definition of 'colleagues'.
