I'm 13 and I already broke a bone!! o_o

So about 2 weeks ago I was in TaeKwonDo class and I punched my instructor with my hand open, trying to do a ridge-hand. He moved his knee up, and as I tried to pull the attack away, I moved my hand back and shoved my left pinkey knuckle back a few centimeters. There is a bone behind the knuckle which was shattered to make the knuckle fall back.

I don't know why but I'm not feeling that much pain. Normally a person wouldn't be able to move, and would be suffering in extreme pain, but for me it was temporary. No longer than one day.

Just thought I'd share that.

A friend of mine broke her leg 7 times in elementary school. Each. Year. One year, she broke it 2 times in a row.

 

There are A LOT of people who've broke bones WAY before the age of thirteen, dude. Thankfully I'm not one of them.

That looks super painful.

That had to be painful in the beginning.
Luckily I've never broken a bone.
I've never even been stung by a bee....or had a bloody nose.
But I have been but by a spider, stung by a wasp, and stepped on an active jellyfish.



The things I can do to myself is a little frightening.

i made it ti twelve before i broke my wrist a week ago.

 

I almost broke my wrist, but luckily it was a muscle irritation. It was so painful! I guess that's what happens when you play rugby :P

Also I got stung by a bee in the sixth grade, also I've had hundreds of bloody noses

I broke 2 of my fingers on my left hand when I was 9, it seems like most kids break bones young..
Also, my sister slammed a door into my face and cracked half of my tooth when I was 9.
3rd grade was not a good time for me

 

It's okay you will get through it.
Not that many people know this about me but I actually broke my leg last year. Litterally the worst pain of my life. I was out of school for 2 months and I could no longer be in karate. I was about to get my brown belt too.
Originally the doctors thought that I had just torn tendons in my knee but the found out that when I landed on my knee I had chipped a piece of the knee cap off. When they did surgery on me they had to basically put my knee back together. I had to use crutches and everything. I had to take pills which made me feel naucious. It also messed up my sleeping patterns because throughout the nights I could feel a pulse in my knee so I would wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning. I couldn't walk either so that was weird too. Oh and the make up work...

I know my story is completely different from yours but honestly it will be fine. It absolutely sucks breaking anything in your body but it will be alright.

 

Good thing I am sitting here in a safe room playing minecraft. The only injury I can get here is a cramp.

Ive never broken a bone, or had any extreme injuries, Ive been stung by a bee once and Ive touched a jellyfish, but it didn't sting me, no bloody noses or broken bones, although I did injur my leg really bad once

I can dislocate my thumb and pinky, and put it back into place.
But I've never broken a bone.....

 

I've slammed my finger in a door on accident. Never broken a bone tho.
