Temp banned?

I got (temp) banned for spamming??? I didn't spam (OK except 3 times) browniechris spammed WAY more than me!!! he's not banned, just me!!!
The picture shows my account, what should be browniechris' account

I was there. I believed he spammed on one occasion, which is kickable, but he didn't do multiple, which is bannable.

 

Post this on ban appeals, this is not the appropriate section to post this.

OMG I was looking through the Abuse reports http://itsjerryandharry.com/index.php?threads/spammer-on-sb2.3647/ it wasn't me!!! it was browniechris (my irl brother) I was in the bathroom I came back on and I saw that :O browniechris!!!

 

Please put any ban things in Ban Appeals, thanks. ;)
