I think this server has a younger aged audience making 16+ as a requirement would leave this place with less staff.

 

Don't compare this server to those which have 20,000 active users.

It doesn't really matter that this server has younger players, staff should be made of mature people only. It varies with age though.

 

I like it more on servers where they handpluck people which they think would make a good staff member instead of having applications. It makes the staff team closer to the Owners/Admins, since they look for those who are active, kind and deserving, and then ask them if they would like to get a spot in the staff. It also prevents people from writing fake applications.

 

I am not sure I 100% agree with that statement. Some 13 year olds do have the responsibility to handle situations on quite large servers very easily. For example, Mineplex I have a friend who is 13 and is a SRMod on Mineplex. Very wrong of you to say that because some 13 year olds can handle it. Now, I am certainly not saying all 13 year olds can, but it's all about opinion and how you see things so I respect yours.
