In which minigame/server does the occur?: None, forums.

    Description of bug:

One day there was a boy named Joe.
    Who wished to view Off-Topic.
    His internet decided to show
That it is a really big... idiot.

I literally cannot view Off-Topic at all. I've logged out of my computer, restarted it, logged out of Chrome, logged back into Chrome, logged out of the forums, logged back in, etc.

I've done everything, but no cigar.

I can view it on my iPad, but not on my desktop.

I don't know if my input assists you in any way, but it works perfectly fine for me, and I'm on Google Chrome.

Have you tried using Safari, or another alternate browser?

Like @LilaRok said, try using a different browser. If that doesn't work, either give your computer a break or check your router or ask your internet company (Comcast, AT&T, etc. etc.)

    Alright.
Same as before, it still doesn't work.
I've done everything, even deleted Chrome and re-downloaded it, but still no cigar.

    Hrrrng.

This is a server-side error, indicating that the web server has run out of memory for that particular PHP process (PHP is, by nature, a multi-process model; there's too much to cover here :P)

Well, how do I get more memory for the "PHP process?" And what's a PHP process?
