You have been sitting at your computer for nearly 2 hours. You had finished your homework, and now you are free to browse the forums, tumblr, reddit, and snapchat. Those are the main websites you use for your entertainment. Your room is lightly dimmed by the one lamp you have, sitting next to your desk. It is very dark outside, and the sky is pitch black. You have a window in front of your desk, along with some stickers of cars you had put on the windows back then, when you were still in elementary school. You have been listening to Swing Jazz for a while, as it is mostly your favorite genre, and you silently hum "Sing Sing Sing" by Benny Goodman. Being a senior at your middle school, you sigh in relief as you remember that today was a Friday. And now with your homework finished, your parents don't have any needs for bugging you. You have this night all to yourself. And speaking of which, you just got an alert on tumblr. A friend of yours just sent you a gif of obama.....typical Spoiler You send them a gif of a potato back. They didn't reply. But then, you got an alert on tumblr, again. Someone seems to be messaging you. "Ever heard of the game Five Nights at Freddys? It's so scary...O_O" Five Nights at Freddy's? That doesn't ring any bells. You google the title and you find several images of bears and robotic animals. Along with that, you find a youtube video titled "WARNING: SCARIEST GAME IN YEARS!" under your search results. "This will be interesting..." You quietly whisper. The friend who messaged you the obama gif messaged you back again. This time, they sent you a gif of something rather familiar... Spoiler It looks like one of the robotic animals you had seen when you googled "Five Nights at Freddys" Now, you are really interested. Two of your friends are messaging you about the same thing, and now you want to know more. Maybe Five Nights At Freddys is interesting? You go back to your tab where you googled the title. You click on the video that said "SCARIEST GAME IN YEARS," and you watch the first five minutes of it. This title appears to be a game, and you are gripped. You want to know more. Every last little detail of it. A cool gust flies through your window, which you forgotten to close. You hear the whistle of leaves and the singing of the sleeping trees, as today this night seems to be silent. There are no crickets to be heard. You look outside, and see the north star. Next to the star, there is the big dipper. They glow brightly within the darkness, and the quiet ticking of your wall clock is rather sweet. You take off your headphones, which are just simple plug-ear phones, and take a glance at the clock. It is 11:23 PM. You promised you would be asleep by 12 AM, but after finding out about the "FNAF" game just hyped you up. You really want to play it, and see the horror of it for yourself. You haven't seen any good-looking games for nearly a year. All of them are just Early-Access games that are practically bugs within themselves. You have a puppy currently laying on your lap. It is a small, poodle-brittany hybrid, who is simply two months old. Her name is Dallas. You like that name. You can almost feel the heartbeat of her. She is very warm and soft, on your lap, and you gently stroke her. She slightly raises her left ear. You get your headphones back on, and investigate more about this "Five Nights At Freddys" game. Then, when you look at your steam account, you see on the "Featured" tab, there is the game. It is on steam. Just $5. You have a spare $7 left in your account after buying Terraria when it was on sale for 75% off. Now seems to be a good time to spend the remaining money on something interesting. After you checked out the game, it was put into your library. You begin downloading it, and it downloads rather quickly. After about 5-10 minutes, it finished fully installing the game. Now, it is 11:43 PM. 17 minutes left. You take your opportunity, and open the game. There is a loud crackling sound in your headphones, causing you to throw them off of your head, and nearly releasing a slight gasp. This game is a bit more scary than you thought. Then, on the screen, an image of a robotic rabbit appears. It has no eyes, and just stares at you. You shiver. You almost began to cringe, when after about 30 seconds the rabbit disappeared, and then a picture of a teddy bear appeared, along with Main Menu options. You click an option that says "New Game." ... After playing the game for about another 10 minutes, it was clear that this was no ordinary game. By far, it was a psychologically fear-inducing game. All of the paranoia you had felt while playing it was unmeasurable. But at this point, the clock had ticked at 12 AM. You decided to stay up...Just....5 more minutes... After playing all that time, you managed to get up to night 3 without any deaths. Although you haven't yet tried playing night 3, you are excited to see what the phone caller has to say. Once you finished listening to the phone man, you couldn't help but notice he had stated, "Most people don't last this long...I'm not implying that they die...that...not what I meant" You played for about another 3 minutes, but then it happened. You ran out of power. In the game, when you had run out of power, you saw Freddy. His face flashed lights, and the room was completely dark. Both in the game, and in real life. The tune of the Pizzaria played, until the entire screen turned black. You knew he was about to jumpscare you. But you weren't going to wait for that. You turned off your computer before he was ever able to jump, and you turned off the monitor along with that. Dallas woke up, with her ears slightly raised. She then, jumped off of your lap, and quickly ran through your door's doggy hole. She ran outside of the room, and into the kitchen. She probably just needed to eat. But because it was so dark, it would be very difficult to really tell where she went. All of the doors that lead outside of the house are closed, so she wouldn't be able to escape. Nothing comes in, nothing comes out, that is, until it is 6 AM, when you have to wake up early to walk Dallas, and go to the park and teach her tricks, and play around with her. You shut the window, leaving the singing of the leaves for outside, and turned off your lamp, which was very low on battery. The light it illuminated was very dark either way, so it wouldn't make a difference except waste energy. You crawled into your bed, and put the covers of it over your body. It was warm and cozy, making you feel as if you were a bear, just very very cozy. You slowly shut your eyes, and hummed the Pizzaria's theme. It was stuck in your head, be it you wanted it to be stuck or not. You just couldn't get it out. You heard a slight bump in the corner of your room, but its a 90% chance that its just another book of yours that fell off your bookshelf. You don't really have room for anything, so things just fall down and everywhere all the time. You shut your eyes. Very warm, it was. You have been laying in bed for a while now, with the tune still stuck in your head. You noticed that Dallas hadn't come back for a while. Maybe she just fell asleep on the food again....Cute little thing. You crept your eyes a little bit open, looking out your window. Eventually you got very tired of hearing the Pizzaria theme in your head. In fact, you tried to think of another tune but the Pizzaria theme kept coming over. Then, you heard another bump. Maybe Dallas just came back, but you didn't hear it. Darkness and the slight hearing of wind and leaves outside is all you heard....Along with the Pizzaria theme covering over everything...but. It didn't take too long to realize. You realized that the Pizzaria tune wasn't coming from you. It was coming from the very corner of your room you heard the bumps from. You took a small glance at the corner. You saw his eyes. You weren't the only one in there.
