Possiable Anti Cheat bug

    Detailed Description:
    Essentially flying at normal speed is fine, flying fast is what causes a problem, this make me believe that your anti cheat softwear thinks this is a sprint/better fly hack.

    Are you playing on 1.8? If so, that's why. 1.8 features are not enabled on the server yet, since it's still 1.7.

    yes im playing in 1.8, however i think that you can disable detection for speed fly hacks, or am i worng?

    Speed-flying is a new feature in 1.8, so the server automatically thinks it's a sprint hack or something, and lags you back a little. You can play 1.8 on the server, but the features are not enabled.
