I'm a Herobrine rank and i have no perks

Detailed description of bug:I dont have any perks no fly no kits nothing pls fix!

 

Due to the EULA Minecraft servers can not make money off the game in which it "lets other people get access to anything we‘ve made in a way that is unfair or unreasonable," such as having only certain players have /fly which give them an advantage, whilst the other players go without, which is unfair. /fly only works in the server lobbys. You should have /kit Starter in Factions and Survival. Do you have that kit? Did you just recently donate?

 

Oh, all herobrines can't send the same message twice. Also you can't fly in factions.
