Charcoal Item ID not working

In my Island Shop I was trying to sell charcoal.

The item id it told me when I typed /iteminfo was 263:1 which comes up with Charcoal Coal, however when clicked says "item out of stock", when it isn't.

I've also tried typing Charcoal and coal and nothing works.

Is there a different number for charcoal? or is this a bug?

Yes, and it displays properly. but when ppl try to buy it says out of stock.

 

Did you put a chest under it with charcoal instead of regular coal?

It's random. You just have to put up with it :/

 

If I remember right "Charcoal Coal" should work. Try that and tell me if it works.

 

I have tried 263:1, 263/1, 0263:1, coal, charcoal, Charcoal Coal, nothing works.

 

Have you put the sign on the chest then filled the chest with charcoal?

 

I mean the chest is filled with charcoal. But does it have to be done in that order??

Empty chest
Place Sign
Fill Chest???

 

No, It doesn't matter what order you do it in.

 

Ok good. I've got about 100 other chests set up and they all work correctly except charcoal. Just thought I'd bring it up as a bug.
