Bad news...

    So I booted up my laptop right after I got home, and it gave me a warning message saying it detected issues with my cooling system (I couldn't get the message to come back up, sorry). I also took pics of the exterior. Here they are

    Ever since, my computer has been really slow, obvisouly due to the cooling system being broke. The laptop is also heating much quicker, so my time on the server is going to have to be limited, just to prevent any further damage. I honestly don't know if it got dropped, which is prob. did, but this looks pretty serious to me.

    My fan is screwed too.

    Try to keep it elevated; a cooling pad would work fine.

    Have you tried putting it under a frozen plate ? Sounds crazy but it's known to really help when it comes to these kinds of problems.
